DO YOU HAVE FUN AND CREATIVE IDEAS THAT CAN KEEP PEOPLE CONNECTED AND SUPPORT WELLBEING AT THIS TIME?

WHAT CAN THE MONEY BE USED FOR?

  • participate in activities that they enjoy

  • improve their health and wellbeing

If you have a great idea or project that could benefit from some funds, have a chat with Jan Taylor from Transforming Communities by calling 07846 751 145.
